It is located in pedestrian, quiet and safe area of Nikolaev so you will not be bothered by the noise of cars.

It consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The Iron and ironing table are included. The bedroom/living room includes a king size bed, two stylish arm chairs, Air Conditioning Machine for summer, Additional Heater for winter, TV set, Satellite TV and Radio for more than 300 channels of any languages and DVD/CD player.
