The facility will be deployed on the territory of Nika-Tera a private marine terminal, the de facto - a port located outside the State Port Authority. The output of the object created using their own investment company, will be 2 million tons per year. The investor, who has his own fleet of grain, intends to use the complex for delivery of Ukrainian grain cargo to India.
The future plans of the investor is the development of the adjacent infrastructure. In particular, a construction of a highway that displays the traffic flows on the bypass road of Nikolaev is planned. The scheme of the project financing would be a cost-sharing of the government and the company.
